Mosaic Terminal

Most of this week went into making the phone terminal something I'd actually pick up, alongside sanding down the small things that kept getting in the way.

New & improved

• Steer your agents from your phone. Pinch-zoom and pan finally feel right — a focal pinch that zooms where your fingers are, live-follow so the cursor stays on screen, and double-tap to reset. One-tap nudge chips let you poke an agent without typing a word, and the mobile PWA now behaves with the on-screen keyboard. It connects to your machine over your LAN and shows the current agent state the moment it links up.

Fixed

• Daily notes got a real pass. Correct local-day keys so Today is always reachable, working calendar dots, a clean midnight rollover, debounced saves, and live sync so HTTP/MCP writes show up in the sidebar you already have open.
• Launching agents actually launches them. "Launch your first agent" no longer no-ops, and I closed the last dropped-write races when starting agents from an issue or the roadmap.
• Inline file and folder creation shows its input. The naming field appears reliably now, including inside a collapsed folder.
• Terminal links stop grabbing stray parens. Bare-domain links no longer swallow an unbalanced trailing ")".
• Tab dragging behaves. You get drop guides while dragging, and no more blank-white flash mid-drag.
• Small contrast and label polish. The close-confirmation dialog is readable across themes, and the layout-picker tab has a real label instead of an empty pill.
